Short Update: BootStrap

Now that I have completed my 2nd out of 3 beginner tutorial of Layout of a website. I will now be looking over bootstrap which is a css framework. You can check that out HERE.

Now I plan to finish the layout tutorial and then move onto this. But I need new suggestions on what you guys needs help or want me to explain or teach.
